Week 2/3 of the 100 day Weight loss challenge

Holiday time

At the time of writing I am on holiday. To one of my favorite Islands. Ibiza.
Where a lot of people think, it is only about partying, I have learned that rest is mostly important.

Since I haven’t been writing so much, I will give you a recap of some of the lessons I have learned.

Week 2

As expected, I lost significant weight again. Goal is half a KG to 1 KG a week.
My weight went to 125.2 KG. Since I ate the night before late, I think it could have been less.

Week 2 was all about energy management. Since I have been preparing mentally for the week off in week 3.

There are a lot of activities where my attention and actions needed to be at.

I only did one Gym session on Monday. After that I had my days full of capoeira action. Providing trainings and more. Eventually I had in hours of movement way more than the week before.

During this week, I have learned a few things on weight loss again. Mostly through other people’s stories on how they did it themselves.

Emotional eating

One of the nights, I got multiple bad news and noticed my body was craving for food. I know from myself, that I eat more easily when emotional. This night I told myself, eat something, but not overdo it. And it felt way better. No guilty feelings. Sometimes…
