100 day challenges. Which one are you on?

Another 100 day challenge!?

Doing a simple search on Google, I receive 6.770.000.000 hits with this subject. Apps that are popping up, to get you to download them on your phone and what not.

Why would I start writing about it then?
Well as every challenge, you need to process a lot. For me, writing helps me to get things off to the right start.

Why the Weight & Fat Loss challenge?

After having had a good case of Long Covid during Christmas of 2021 and as a bonus thromboses in my left leg, I decided that there needs to be a change.

For the first months of 2022 I have been focusing on recovery, not necessarily on my diet as a part of that recovery. So as you might expect, I gained some good weight. From around 119 KG in December 2021 to a good 128,6 KG measured on the 9th of May 2022.

This means that I am by nature already a super heavy weight. When I did Kyokushin Karate (Full Contact), my fighting weight was around 103 KG. With this 100-days challenge I am going setup a foundation for a consistent weight loss, not expecting to reach that weight back in 100 days.

So what do I want to get out of this?
