100 day weight loss challenge: When nothing works in my favor…

100 day challenge, still weighing in on 127.9 KG.

So I could consider everything a failure until now.
Last 1,5 month of this challenge was a harsh one. My father has passed away after a long period of different illnesses. Next to that it has been one of my best months of doing business and I became an uncle.

All in the month of June and first weekend of July. How much can you take as a human being.

Lessons learned:

Stress less

In the past I would have stressed myself out to keep everything up. Going to the gym, working on my business and do everything to keep up the good work. This stress caused also for me to have several diseases last December. So I had to shake it off multiple times

You can always get back on track

I am getting slowly (well, some capoeira and Stand up paddle boarding) back on track.
Planning my walks in again. Moving a bit more. Studying materials on weight loss again. In the upcoming days, early gym sessions, since temperature will be rising in the Netherlands (approx. 30 degrees Celcius).
